Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule your booking you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you fail to let us know without 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee. If you attend your appointment or reschedule with more than 48 hours notice, the booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day. Please bring cash for the remaining balance. If this is not possible, we can accept bank transfer.
